An excellent text and acceptable printing

This is undoubtedly an excellent text. Perhaps one of the clearest explanations of chant ever written.
You should know however that: (1) the text is freely available online, [...]. This text is a duplication of that public domain version. (2) The advertisements printed in the addition are likely to be distasteful if you are Catholic and hoping to use this to learn about the Latin Liturgy (they contain, for example, other books on Masonry, New Age, the occult, astrology, etc.). My entire schola purchased this printing, and while it is functional, these advertisements are bothersome. There is an edition on Lulu.com which I have not inspected, but I expect it is also simply the online (free) edition. I would suggest purchasing that version if you would like a printed text.
